A specialized opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services in a dynamic K-12 school environment located in the Pottstown, PA area. These contract positions focus on delivering speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children (3-5 years old) within community settings including various preschools and daycares. Candidates will support students diagnosed with speech and language impairments, contributing to their early communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to children aged 3-5 in community-based settings.
- Collaborate with educational teams and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Manage direct therapy services Monday through Thursday, with Fridays dedicated to paperwork and administrative duties.
- Adhere to state regulations and program policies governing special education services.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children who have speech and language impairments.
- Ability to perform services in various community settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Details:

- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch); Fridays dedicated to paperwork.
